*For customers in Malaysia, standard ground shipping is FREE OF CHARGE for orders within West Malaysia. As for orders within East Malaysia, shipping fees will be charged as usual.
Customer will receive a tracking number through email once we have received payment and processed the order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your transaction to be processed. Please note that we are only able to ship to residential or commercial address and are unable to ship to PO Boxes address for the sake of customers' safety. We are not able to accommodate for custom delivery requests, including scheduling delivery dates, calling in advance or leaving the package in specific locations. The customers will have to communicate directy with the shipping provider for custom delivery requests.
